He has over 17 years of professional experience with a focus on strategy, commercial improvement and M&A projects across a range of industries in Europe, South America, and Africa. He has designed and led several successful turnarounds, transformation programs, and M&A projects (sell side).
After an early career with BASF AG in Germany and Brazil, Tobias joined The Boston Consulting Group, where he spent 6 years to Principal. He left in 2012 to focus on konVet.
Tobias holds a Masters’ degree in Business Administration. He studied at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany), University of Southern California, and ESADE (Spain). Tobias is fluent in German, English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and speaks basic Italian.
